Shipping Rates
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100+ to a US address. All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the ship-to location as well as products purchased. Some orders containing different items may be shipped separately as they cannot be packaged together such as drinkware with clothing etc.

Shipping Times
Once dispatched, the time it will take to receive your item will depend on the ship-to location. 

Average shipping times are:

USA - 2 to 6 business days
Canada - 10 to 15 business days
Europe - 15 to 20 business days
Australia & New Zealand - 20 to 45 business days 

Order Processing Times
As soon as you have placed your order we will start the process of making your item. This takes on average 3 to 5 business days but please be prepared to wait up to 10 business days on occasion and specially during high sales periods such as Pride Month, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Christmas. We practice 'slow fashion' to avoid unnecessary waste all items are made to order.

Order Tracking
We ship all orders tracked and you will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been handed to the carrier.

Returned Packages
We will contact you if we receive your order back due to an incorrect shipping address provided, addressee unknown, unable to forward or marked as unclaimed. We are unable to issue any refunds but your order can be re-shipped. Re-shipping charges will apply and depend on the product as well as the ship-to location, even if the original item was shipped free of charge.

If we do not hear from you within 7 days your item will be donated to charity.

Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at stating your order number. 

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office first to try and locate the lost order.

If your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received it we recommend you follow these initial steps:

1. Check if the item has been taken in by neighbors
2. Check if it has been left in a 'safe' place - garage, shed, porch etc.
3. Check if the carrier has left a note for collection
4. Check with those you are sharing accommodation with in case they forgot to tell you

If this fails please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. They will be able to provide you with confirmation about the delivery. Regrettably we do not have any influence over packages that have been lost and cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If it has been stolen we recommend filing a stolen mail report.

Customs, Duties & Taxes 
Depending on your location you may be charged customs, duties, taxes or government fees. We are not responsible for any of these charges and if you are unclear as to what you may be charged by your country we recommend contacting your local customs office for clarification.
